Comfortable, bright rooms decorated with careful design (~27m²).
They include an en suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub, large windows and/or balconies, TV-SAT, phone, safe, hairdryer and mini bar on request.
Small dogs (maximum 15kg) are welcome in our hotel on request.
In order to respect the stay of all our guests, we have chosen to accommodate a maximum of 1 dog per room and they are not allowed in the restaurant and pool/sauna area.
An extra charge of Euro 20 per night is required.

Great location just outside the Italian border, close to all sorts mountain walks and facilities. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and kind, we enjoyed the large breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the swimming pool and sunbathing area. Great value.

A large apartment in the center of Kaprun nearby the skilift and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with baked of boiled egs, nice coffee and sweet pies. Good and tasteful .

Perfect family holiday on the slopes. Great price / quality ratio. Good opportunities for entertaining young kids at the swimming pool. Large room with large bathroom and a bathtub. Proximity to the Italian ski resort 3 zinnen / 3 cime, about 5 km, and to the Austrian one in Sillian. Both are easily accessible by car (free parking) or public transport. We have always found something we liked for breakfast and dinner, including my daughter. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange several services for you, like the skipasses.
The place was very clean and the staffs were very kind and courteous. Also the breakfast was delicious. The was nice.

Very nice place for family, large, well eqipped rooms, great meal in restaurant, helpful staff. Short distance to some of must-see places in the Dolomites.

Perfect welcoming great helpful staff. Hotel is on great location very close to skii lift from both side, Italian and austrian. wonderfull breakfast and very good supper great value for money. Especially good communication with reception staff and they were very helpful. We will come back.
